Work Geography & Purpose

Provide training for advanced farming methods to representatives and farmers introduced by the Institution in all Districts, Blocks, Panchayats & Wards within the States.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Field support person at all levels with managerial and leadership skills.
• Visit each allotted jurisdiction twice a week every month.
• Support downline associates to obtain benefits provided by the organization.
• Provide on-site and off-site support to projects as and when required.

Eligibility

• Education: Inter / Bachelor's / Master's or equivalent.
• Age: Above 18 years.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to stay and work in small towns / villages; zealous and challenge-ready.
• Capable of riding a two-wheeler.
• Computer literate (Word processing, Excel, online tools).
• Flexible in working time and tasks; creative mindset.
