1 Farmers Empowerment Programme
Empowering marginal and small farmers through high-value commercial and medicinal crop cultivation under organization
Farmers of India is back bone of our economy covered by 70% of population. Country side of India need development in commercial agriculture specially. Agriculture is a significant sector of Indian economy. Our organization helps in rural development by introducing commercial cultivation programme which gives financial strength to marginal and small farmers. We survey the areas and found that people are involved in traditional cultivation. So our organization is introducing a unique cultivation programme , which has brought up a vanilla, velvet, agarwood and macadamia cultivation programme for marginal farmers to increase their financial capacity. Aim & ambitions of the Institution is belonging with commercial, medicinal and aromatic plants cultivation: Vanilla, Cocoa (Chocolate Plant),Velvet, Agarwood and Macadamia, Belladonna, Stone Flower, Basil, Mint, Aloe Vera, Nux Vomica, Arsenic, Yeast and Saffron cultivation through a Voluntary Co-operative Development System of 50 to 300 farmers.
2 Poor Schooling Children's Education Programme
Free creative education and character-building classes for underserved rural children.
Education is a very important tool for people all over the world to make balance of life and its existence on the earth. Each and every individual needs proper education to enhance their own life standards as well as become a part of the social and economic growth of their own country.
Future of any person or country depends on the education system strategy followed. Even after awareness programmes, many villages lack proper resources. Baal Vikash Pathshala bridges this vital gap by providing quality education, study kits, and creative learning directly at the grassroots level.
3 Hospital Programme
Affordable medical treatments, periodic health camps, and maternal health consultations in remote villages.
Healthcare in rural pockets remains a critical challenge. Many patients cannot travel to distant district hospitals for primary ailments. HHL Hospital organizes free periodic medical camps, distributes essential medicines, conducts maternal checkups, and provides health awareness to prevent chronic illnesses.
4 Self Help Group (SHG) Development Programme
Mobilizing women and rural youth into sustainable micro-enterprises and savings groups.
The Institution organizes women and marginal families into SHGs, provides bookkeeping and leadership training, facilitates bank linkage, and supports micro-enterprises such as spice processing, tailoring, vermicomposting, and handicrafts.
5 Rooftop Solar Plant Under PM Surya Ghar Yojana
Promoting clean renewable energy and assisting rural households in enrolling for subsidized rooftop solar setups.
This green energy initiative enables rural households to reduce electricity expenses to zero, sell surplus power back to the grid, and contribute to national carbon emission reduction goals.
6 Women Empowerment & Rural Livelihood
Vocational training, cottage craft incubation, and legal rights awareness for rural women.
Graduates are assisted with market linkages, exhibitions, and cooperative marketing, enabling hundreds of women to earn dignified monthly incomes.
